Returns & Regular Priced Item(s)
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return your purchase for store credit only. Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for store credit only.
Store Credit
We offer store credit for the product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with attached tag and/or box and are in original condition (Excludes clearance, custom jewelry, and bath & body). Item(s) needs to be shipped back to us within 7 days after the day they have been shipped. Some items may not be shipped to you with a tag. We do not offer refunds to the original payment type, only store credit. If you purchase at the Pop-Up Boutique must be returned within 7 days of purchase. We will not accept or offer store credit for the product(s) that are worn, washed, altered, without attached tag and/or box, and are in original condition or pass the 7-day return policy. Return must include the original packing slip and original packing bag with the barcode style number.
Pink Sebastian Boutique will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU labels. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- For orders returned without meeting the above criteria, we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. unless it is a damaged item.
- Please allow Pink Sebastian 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process store credit. Please include the original packing slip and bag with the barcode of the style number that the item came in.
- Pink Sebastian Boutique will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
Once we receive the exchange it will be processed within 3-5 business days, and you will be issued a gift card for the price of the item(s) paid less the return shipping cost. You will receive an email with your gift card code.
If you need an item held until your gift card is issued please email our awesome customer service team at psboutique941@gmail.com so we can hold the item you are wanting for your exchange.
To exchange for FREE in-store at the Pop-Up Boutique please bring in the item(s) you want to exchange in the condition as outlined in the 1st paragraph and the original invoice. You can receive either a gift card or exchange it for another item in the store. Now that you've come in once, it is going to be hard to stop coming in! :) 7-day return policy.
Coupon Sale-Items purchased with a coupon will be exchanged for the total price paid (this will exclude the coupon or discount applied to your purchase). Discounts or coupons cannot be transferred to another purchase.
Returns & Sale Item(s)
Only regular-priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately, any sale item(s) are final sale and cannot be refunded.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to a store gift card within 3-5 business days. You will receive the store credit via email.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted at this time. If you need a size exchange, please make a new purchase for the size you need and then contact us to start a return for the previous purchase. 7-day return policy.
Price Exchanges
Price exchanges are not accepted at this time. If you return the item(s) and then try to repurchase the item(s) because they are now discounted, your order will not be fulfilled and will be canceled.
Cancelations
In order to guarantee the availability of your item(s) and timely shipping, we process orders right away as they come in. You may try to contact us for a cancellation, but there is no guarantee. In this case, you will have to wait until you have received the order and then make a return. We can't guarantee the cancellation.
Return Shipping Fee
All shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of all shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. If you pay for shipping (to or from us), we cannot refund or issue a gift card for shipping charges.
Wrong Item
If you were shipped the wrong item please reach out to us and let us know of the error. You will not be responsible for the return shipping. Please send us back the item. Once we receive the incorrect item, the correct item will be shipped out to you. We appreciate your patience.
If the customer ordered the wrong item. If the customer ordered the wrong item for example the wrong size, color, or style. Please return the wrong item to 651 Laurel Rd East, Nokomis, Fla. 34275, Pink Sebastian Boutique, and Reorder the correct new item. Once we receive the item we will issue a store credit.

We try to make the coloring in our images as true as possible.
